[Photo] Oden is typical food for winter in Japan!

Do you know Oden?
It is a type of Japanese stew, made by simmering various ingredients (called “Oden-dane”)

And this is most famous typical food for winter in Japan!

We can eat it all over Japan.

Convenience store, Restaurant, Pub, Food stand, and so on.

I also like it!
Today’s dinner is Oden!

I’ll explain about Oden-dane!

Daikon(Japanese white radish)

Chikuwa(a tube‐shaped fish paste cake)

Tamago(egg)

Konnyaku(jelly‐like food made from “Devil’s tongue”)

Konbu(kelp)

Satsuma age(deep‐fried minced fish and vegetables)

There are many other Oden-dane!

By the way, Japanese like anthropomorphism so there are Oden characters.
This is Oden-kun!

Anime Oden-kun is not only cute, but also philosophical
