But this is a free translation.
Literally means “Look! People are like a garbage.”

見ろ!Miro! = Look!
人Hito = People
ゴミGomi = garbage
ようだYouda = like

“ろro” sometimes means imperative form in Japanese language

見るMiru = look
見ろMiro = Look!
